White Wine Piedmont Organic 3L - Valli Unite

White Wine by Valli Unite comes from this cooperative farm based in Costa Vescovado in Colli Tortonesi. Here all the agricultural activities are made respecting the environment all around. In the vineyards they practices organic farming and in the cellar they keep the use of sulphites very low.

So finally, here we have another special project in collaboration with Valli Unite: their white wine in box. This is a frank and sincere version of the most traditional white grape of the Colli Tortonesi, vinified with only native yeasts without suphites added. Try it together with some typical cheeses from here, such as Montèbore, or with most common dishes like veggie salads and pasta with pesto.
