How and how long is the bag-in-box stored?
Just store it in a cool, dry place, like any other food and wine product.
Please note that the shape of our bag is so compact that fits perfectly in door fridge or on the shelf, in case you would like to drink the product fresh.
Once opened the bag can last, keeping its organoleptic characteristics unchanged, for about a month. Spirits, on the other hand, last about 3 months after opening.
In fact, the bag i box is a 'vacuum' so no oxygen gets in during tapping, which usually shortens the life of the product.
Doesn't like temperature changes.
NB: for juices and other products that require it, you will find all expiry date indications on the label.
A wine without a designation of origin is less good?
On Sfusobuono you may find a lot of simple 'red' and 'white' wine without any particular designation on the label. We strongly believe in the quality of the product, regardless of certifications and denominations that often only result in bureaucracy for the producer. The product I am interested in is out of stock, what can I do?
Contact us and we will update you on the restock times :) On request we can also consider 'booking' the product in advance.
Is the product I get the same as the picture I see on the website?
Sure, you may find small differences on the label (graphical enhancements, nutritional values, bar code, smaller or larger label than the photo), but that is the product. The label is applied by the manufacturer precisely to guarantee the integrity and quality of the product.

How can I pay?
You can pay with debit/credit cards, Satispay, Bank Transfer and Paypal.
If you choose to pay via bank transfer your order will be processed once the credit has been verified. Please use the order no. as the reason for payment so that payment can be recognised more quickly!

Sure, please fill your billing information (VAT/ CF, SDI / PEC etc.) in the notes field when ordering. Fo any doubts contact us.

When does my order leave and how quickly does it arrive?
Orders placed before 11 a.m. are processed in the same day, otherwise the following working day.
Consider that we try to never ship on Fridays to avoid goods remaining in the courier's warehouses for the weekend.
Contact us in case of doubts or specific requests.
You will receive two emails: one when we pass the order to the warehouse and another with the tracking link when the courier actually picks up the goods.

It's taking longer than expected, how come?
We are super paranoid and pay attention to all the details, but couriers are unpredictable :) Contact us we'll do our best to support you!
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
First of all we're truly sorry, We do our best to avoid these inconveniences, but unfortunately couriers are unpredictable.
Write to us immediately attaching photos so we can verify the case. Please remember to always sign with RESERVE if you have doubts about the packaging or if it has arrived visibly damaged (e.g. wet or broken carton, obvious signs of damage, carton without SFUSOBUONO customised paper tape or manipulated) so that we can open the practice with the courier. This is very important because otherwise we have no recourse against the courier.
How are bag-in-boxes shipped?
Regardless of the quantity ordered, the bags are always shipped in a cardboard package closed with a strong paper tape so you can recycle everything together! For some orders you may receive a 'single' package with 'air bubbles' biodegradables inside as fillers.
