Shipping policy

Orders are prepared in warehouses dedicated to the storage of wine at controlled temperatures and entrusted to express couriers in packages sealed with resistant paper tape and therefore entirely recyclable.

🇮🇹 SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMING ITALY 🇮🇹

Shipping in Italy is free for orders over 89€ (gift cards excluded as sent via mail). For orders below this amount, shipping cost is 7,90€ up to 5 kg (i.e. 1 BIB), 9,90€ up to 10 kg (i.e. 2 BIB) and 11,90€ over 10kg (i.e. 3 BIB).

Orders placed before 11 are prepared and collected by the courier in the same day for a delivery on 1-3 working days, except for unpredictable courier delays. Upon collection you'll receive an email with all the details to track the order.

❗IMPORTANT❗

If the package seems damaged, tampered with or without the SFUSOBUONO tape sign with SPECIFIC RESERVE based on the damage (i.e. broken, wet etc.) and notify us by email with photo and description of the problem. This is the only way we have to report a problem to the courier! To facilitate the delivery, please make sure to leave an address where someone is available to collect the package or leave as many details as possible (i.e. bell's name, details about the address etc.). Any address changes after the courier has collected the package may incur additional charges.

Delivery times are indicative and are calculated from the day of shipping. Any delays caused by the courier will be handled as quickly as possible to limit the inconvenience. Furthermore, please note that for some areas (e.g. Venice Lagoon, Minor Islands, remote locations) an extra contribution of €20 may be required - regardless of the free shipping threshold and even after purchase. Shipments to Livigno and Campione d'Italia require an ad hoc quote.
