'Aranciamaro' is a contemporary citrus after-dinner meal capable of combining the tart freshness of the orange with the soft and warm taste of cinchona, caramel and carob, with a flavor similar to that of cocoa. We recommend it with orange or citron peels covered in dark chocolate, with panna cotta with persimmon or alkekengi reduction and with breakfast biscuits that you have leftover in the pantry.
