Rosé Wine Organic 3L - Valli Unite

The Rosato Valli Unite is a new entry for the winery and we are very happy to have it exclusively on Sfusobuono. An hymn to biodiversity which is made from a blend of red and white grapes. Drink it during your summer lunches on the terrace with lots of friends together with mixed vegetables cous cous, marinated anchovies, olives and eggs.

This Rosé is made by Valli Unite, which is much more than a cooperative farm; it is a community of beautiful people and solid ideals, hard work and care for the raw material. Only indigenous yeasts to start the fermentations, no filtration and no clarification and very little sulphur is added.
