White wine by Caccianemici comes from a blend of all the grapes grown on the estate, with a clear majority of Grechetto Gentile, typical from Colli Bolognesi. Vinification in stainless steel with spontaneous fermentation, only racking to naturally clean the wine and few sulphites. A white that speaks bolognese dialect, with excellent freshness and drinkability.

Caccianemici white wine is rooted in the lands of Scopeto and Turrone and is made using artisanal winemaking practices in the cellar and organic agriculture principles in the vineyards. Giovanni, Walter and Antonio are the Caccianemici: three friends with different professional careers who wanted to invest in a joint wine project.
Caccianemici is the fruit of an authentic friendship, cultivated over time and which has found its fulfilment in realising a project in symbiosis with the earth.
Drink it whenever you like: when you are happy or when you are sad, as the first glass of the evening or as the last: the white wine by Caccianemici is adapts to any mood and location. Beautiful fresh from the fridge (the bag-in-box fits perfectly in the door!) it releases all its aromatic and saline notes on the nose and then gives you a charismatic, mineral and very fresh taste. With what? A pinzimonio of fresh vegetables from the Caccianemici garden or with hot tigelle (traditional bread from Emilia Romagna) stuffed with mortadella.
