Beautiful fresh from the fridge (the bag-in-box fits perfectly in the door!) it releases all its aromatic and saline notes on the nose and then gives you a charismatic, mineral and very fresh taste. With what? A pinzimonio of fresh vegetables from the Caccianemici garden or with hot tigelle (traditional bread from Emilia Romagna) stuffed with mortadella.

Caccianemici white wine is rooted in the lands of Scopeto and Turrone and is made using artisanal winemaking practices in the cellar and organic agriculture principles in the vineyards. Giovanni, Walter and Antonio are the Caccianemici: three friends with different professional careers who wanted to invest in a joint wine project.
