Red Wine - Crocizia

This red from Crocizia, thanks to its pale colour, its medium alcohol content and its slim body, is the perfect wine for the everyday table. Not at all demanding, focus entirely on your main strengths: craftsmanship, frankness and taste. Our favorite pairing is with take-away pizza, with tuna and onion for the more adventurous, with chips and frankfurters for the nostalgic and with buffalo mozzarella and Piennolo cherry tomatoes for the gourmet.

Crocizia red is a gastronomic and territorial wine that pays homage to the spontaneous and everyday face of Emilia. In the vineyard Marco, the face of the company together with Serena, works with respect for the surrounding environment, with only copper and sulfur and in the cellar the fermentations are activated by the yeasts naturally present on the grapes and nothing is added, in order to keep the authentic wine profile.
