IL Macerato 3L - Sfusobuono

The Macerato in bag in box, a style of wine that has been going strong recently, but which we interpret as 'the white of the past'. To drink while dining, at the table, with Piedmontese mixed fried food, with bread and salami in the vineyard, with a Roccaverano tometta and Turin breadsticks, with patatas bravas dipped in mayonnaise and ajioli and with scrambled egg.

This Macerato was born a bit like a bet, a bit like a provocation: why has there never been an orange wine in a bag in a box before? A wine too cool for this format? And so here's a white wine made with maceration on the skins, a bit like it used to be done in the old days.
