Red by Saccomani its a tribute to the most typical blend of the hills of Piacenza, which comes from the marriage of Barbera with Bonarda (or Croatina). Luca and Claudia are the souls of this small winery based in Diolo and a few years ago they decided to take over dad Giuseppe's vineyards with a sustainable and low-impact approach.
Saccomani is a newcomer of the natural wine scene; we fell in love with their frizzanti years ago and today we can only be happy to feature their still wines on Sfusobuono.
We're sure that you'll this red from Saccomani thanks to its fruity, vinous and gastronomic soul. Then again, we know: Emilian cuisine is among the most delicious in the world and that's precisely why it needs an equally enjoyable wine. So let's pair this red with culatello, coppa, salami and pancetta, but also with traditional dishes such as pisarei, tortelli and risotto, a table of friends and happiness is served.
