Crocizia's macerated white is a joyful and authentic portrait of Emilia. An orange with a territorial and artisanal tone that pays homage to the most widespread aromatic white grape in the area, underlining its gastronomic and convivial value. Three-week maceration on the skins and natural vinification in steel. A real gem for lovers of the type, which cannot be found in this format!

Crocizia's macerated white wine was born on the hills of Parma, in Langhirano, where Marco founded his company which he continues today together with Serena. Their work in the vineyard is clean and manual, aimed at recovering vines destined for abandonment, with the aim of making wines that speak of the territory, without additives.
Crocizia has never done bag in box, this is the first (and hopefully not last) experiment that you can find exclusively on Sfusobuono. For us it has great sentimental value because the Besiosa, one of the most well-known refermented products of Crocizia, is among our favorite wines.
This Emilian macerate tells the story of the more carefree and peasant side of Emilia. The grapes macerate for almost three weeks in contact with the skins and the wine absorbs all the pulp and aromatic richness. Drink it not too cold with exotic and spicy dishes such as noodles with sesame and soy, bao stuffed with prawns and basmati rice with curry and coconut milk. It also makes a dirty impression paired with a slice of culatello with bortellina and baked pumpkin, when in season.
