CROCIZIA

Crocizia winery is based in Pastorello di Langhirano, in the heart of the Parma hills and the people who created it and who animate it today are Marco and Serena. With them, as welcome at the cellar, there are the geese, a constant presence since Marco, helped by his father Aurelio, planted the first vineyards around the house. We are located at 500 meters above sea level, on calcareous soils rich in organic and mineral substances which are well reflected in the wines that come to life here.

Crocizia is a well-known name in the world of natural wines, particularly for the production of ancestral semi-sparkling wines with a lively and cheerful profile, which pay homage to the native grape varieties and the most traditional wine-making methods of the area. In addition to its semi sparkling wines, Crocizia has always produced still wines based on the typical grape varieties of the area, in particular Malvasia di Candia Aromatica and Barbera, which we are pleased to offer in Bag in Box here in Sfusobuono.

With Crocizia, we set out to discover the more everyday face of skin contact white wine, not created to follow a taste trend, but proposed as a traditional and peasant wine-making style. The label of Sfusobuono shows a man relaxing on a bench after getting off his bicycle: an image of carefreeness and lightness that is a little reminiscent of Walter Benjamin's aura and that reflects us a little when we realise that we are simply happy and grateful to be able to rest on this bench, sipping a glass of Crocizia wine, from a box.
