What is Sfusobonus?
Sfusobonus is Sfusobuono's loyalty program, designed to thank you for your trust and support in spreading the word about our project to your friends.
Any individual with a Sfusobuono account is automatically enrolled in the Sfusobonus program for free. Don't have an account yet? Create one in just a few minutes by clicking here!
NB: if you are a B2B customer, you cannot join the Sfusobonus program as you already have a dedicated price list and related benefits.
How do I earn and use points?
There are several ways, you can see them all in real time above!
Where can I see my points balance? Do they expire?
After logging into your account, you can activate the widget and view your points balance, history, and how you earn and redeem them in real time. Points expire 90 days after your last action (e.g., collecting or redeeming points): you'll receive two emails, 7 days and 24 hours beforehand.
I didn't receive any points even after taking an action, or I see fewer points than I expected, why?
You may see your points update after a few minutes, and for actions like "invite a friend" or "make a purchase," points will only be credited after the action is actually completed (e.g., your friend places an order using your personal link or your order is shipped). If your order is canceled, returned, or refunded, points will be deducted from your balance.
Can I use points directly at checkout?
You can't use points directly at checkout, but you can redeem them for a discount code that you can then apply at checkout.
How do discount codes work? Do they expire?
You can redeem the discount code directly in the widget based on the points you've collected. Discount codes cannot be combined with other coupons active on the site (e.g., mixed boxes, bulk discounts, discount codes) and expire 90 days after redemption.
I want to unsubscribe from the program, how do I do it?
Are you sure? 😢 If you really want to cancel the program, please email us and we'll process your request.
Remember that once you delete your account, you'll lose all the points you've accumulated up to that point, and they won't be recoverable even if you re-enroll in the future.
