White by Saccomani is an artisanal, earthy and territorial wine rooted in the rocky and sandy soils of the Piacenza area, specifically in Val d'Arda. Natural yests for the fermentation and vinification in steel and fiberglass tanks, non-clarified and with low levels of added sulfites. A satisfying sip with tropical notes on one side and refreshing blade on the other.

White by Saccomani is a natural wine that comes from the Piacenza hills of the Val d'Arda, where the best-known grapes are Malvasia di Candia Aromatica and Bonarda. Luca and Claudia are siblings and are now the beating heart of the Saccomani winery, following the tradition started by their father Giuseppe.
Saccomani is a new name of the natural wine scene; we fell in love with their frizzanti wines years ago and today we can only be happy to feature their still wines on Sfusobuono.
This Emilian white wine honors the Piacenza hills and its true, peasant soul. An agile and flowing wine with a tropical, fruity profile that enchants with a straight, refreshing sip. Summery and convivial, it pairs well with picnic in the park full of sandwiches and big salads, as well as with seafood dishes that wink at the whale splashing around on the label.
