This white wine from Romagna is raised in the vineyard and vinified in the cellar by Elisa Mazzavillani, who now runs the family winery in Castrocaro Terme. Her wines are organic certified although biodynamic farming is used in the vineyard, to respect the surrounding Nature as much as possible.
Bulk wine must be joyful, so as to bring even younger people closer to easy and less demanding drinking.
White made by Marta Valpiani is enjoyable and easy to drink among friends around the table, gives its best along with typical dishes from Romagna such as Fossa cheese tortelli as well with soft-boiled egg on an avocado toast.
