Made with spontaneous fermentation in Alta Murgia where the typical grapes are Moscato, Chardonnay and Bombino Bianco. On the mouth it seems like a fruit juice, it is light and flowing, with an acid and savoury finish that makes fell you in South Italy.

A juicy, crunchy white with a natural soul and a clear goal: to quench the thirst of mind and body. The alcohol content is deliberately low to ensure nice drinking and graceful, flowing sip.
