The white from Valli Unite is a typical white from Colli Tortonesi, where the cooperative is based. Is vinified in steel vats with a light skin contact and it rests on the lees in tank for almost one year before being packaged. Dark pale yellow in the glass with floral and fragrant aromas and a long lasting sip with herbaceous and crunchy tones. Having it in a bag in a box is unique, exceptional, memorable: we have it today and may not be there tomorrow!

White Wine by Valli Unite comes from this cooperative farm based in Costa Vescovado in Colli Tortonesi. Here all the agricultural activities are made respecting the environment all around. HOW, WHEN, WHY?
So finally, here we have another special project in collaboration with Valli Unite: their white wine in box. This is a frank and sincere version of the most traditional white grape of the Colli Tortonesi, vinified with only native yeasts without suphites added. Try it together with some typical cheeses from here, such as Montèbore, or with most common dishes like veggie salads and pasta with pesto.
