White by Terre di Maté is a salty, fragrant and incisive wine carefully crafted by Stefania Carrea in her winery based in Gavi. From vineyards at 250 meters above sea level on clayey soils rich in mineral salts, only steel, a little citrus and lots of salt.
In the bottle it would be called Regaldina, but starting from the lockdown Stefania has decided to dedicate part of the production to Sfusobuono project.

This Terre di Maté white wine in bag in box is to be kept in the fridge all year round! To drink with robiola cheese from Roccaverano, ravioli stuffed with ricotta and with those beautiful savory pies you make at the last moment when you have guests for dinner and arrive home at 7.23 pm. *Uh is also perfect paired with chickpea farinata -you probably don't know it, but trust us: try it!
