This Langhe Bianco comes from Diano d'Alba, in the Langhe and was born from a collaboration with Camparo winery, that since ever invested in organic farming together with a clean and sustainable winemaking approach. Today the founder Mauro is supported in the company by the whole family, in particular by the new generation.
We are all still paying the price of conventional agriculture. Our method is instead: doing what nature has always done.
This Langhe Bianco is made by Camparo winery from a blend of Arneis and Viognier in equal parts. A clean and dry wine with an unmistakable citrus and mineral tone, perfect to drink as an aperitif together with chips and olives. A must with salads, boiled eggs and omelettes, particularly good with sushi.
