With Camparo we finally land in one of the most well-known and envied wine areas in the world: the Langhe, a UNESCO heritage site. We are precisely in Diano d'Alba, a less renowned municipality than Barolo, where Nebbiolo slowly gives way to Dolcetto and its famous Sorì. The vineyards develop on gentle hills alternating with steep ridges, at over 500 meters above sea level, on clay and limestone soils, rich in biodiversity thanks to the sowing of green manure plants and the fruit trees that surround them.

Camparo likes to define itself as 'family' before being a company, and it is precisely this spirit that can be felt once you cross the threshold of the cellar. Dad Mauro is the founder, it was he who followed the call of the countryside in 1980, starting to make wine from the few grapes coming from the property's vineyards. From the marketing of bulk wine, to the first bottles, from local customers to those overseas, especially in the United States, this is how Camparo was born and grew, slowly but with great focus.

Camaro's agronomic choice was far-sighted: organic farming between the rows, certified on the label since 2000, one of the first companies in the Langa to have believed in the little green leaf which today can boast twenty years of experience in the field. Our collaboration with Camparo was born at the beginning of the summer of 2023 thanks to the meeting with the new generation of the family, represented by Sara and her brothers. Let's start with a partnership project created exclusively for Sfusobuono starting from a mass of pure Nebbiolo with a fresh and juicy tone and a straight and savory blend of Arneis and Viognier, our Langhe Rosso and Langhe Bianco in bag in box.
