This Rosato Q is the first wine made by Agricola Q, a project led by Antonio Quarta and Mina del Prete in Salento, starting from 4 hectares planted with Negroamaro. The agronomic and enological guidance in vineyard and in cellar is carried out under the supervision of Natalino del Prete, a leading personality of natural wine in Puglia and Italy.
Our rosé in bag in box aims to be democratic and popular by definition, simpler than bottled wines, but not a second choice.
A Rosè from the heart of Salento made from Negroamaro grapes with the aim of giving life to a simple, juicy and mediterrenean wine. Drink it fresh, under the sun of Lecce or Gallipoli in Puglia, paired with BBQ octopus and calamari pasta.
