Shipping policy

We rely on a small local logistic monitoring constantly each order phase.


COSTS

For shippings in Italy the costs are:

  • 8,90鈧 up to 5 kg (i.e. 1 bag in box)
  • 9,90鈧 up to 10 kg (i.e. 2 wine bag in box and 1 Spirit bag in box )
  • 11,90鈧over 10kg (i.e. all the bag in box you want)

For all the orders over 89,90鈧 the shipping is free (gift cards excluded because sent via email).

The weight of each 3L bag in box (Wine, Juice) is around 3.4kg, while the weight for each 1.5L bag in box (Spirits, Beer) is around 2kg!

For some post codes (i.e. Alessandria o other cities when planned and communicated) is available a local delivery at 3,5鈧. If your post code is included in the list, you will find at the checkout the option 'Local Delivery'.


IMPORTANT: for some areas (i.e. Venezia Laguna, Minor Islands) it may be required an extra fee of 5鈧 for the shipping management. This amount may be required regardless of the threshold that allows the user to obtain free shipping. In any case, if applicable, the correct amount will be displayed at the time of checkout based on the address / post code entered. TIMING AND DELIVERIES

Deliveries are always entrusted to express couriers, making delivery possible in a short time. Orders placed by 11 am are processed - except for problems - on the same day: upon processing, you can consider about 1-3 working days for most Italian locations and 2-4 working days for smaller locations or disadvantaged areas.


When your order is entrusted to the courier you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and related data to monitor it. If you don't receive this email, check your SPAM and if you can't find it contact us and we will check.

Deliveries are made in working days so to facilitate delivery, but above all to taste your product first :D, please indicate an address where someone is always present for collection or indicate as many details as possible by placing the order (eg intercom, internal etc.).


IMPORTANT: if the package seems damaged, tampered with or without the SFUSOBUONO tape sign with SPECIFIC RESERVE based on the damage (i.e. broken, wet etc.) and notify us by email with photo and description of the problem. This is the only way we have to report a problem to the courier!
