A 'biodiversity hymn' as Alo, the historical face of the agricultural cooperative, defines it, since it comes from a blend of red and white grapes cultivated according to the principles of organic farming in the Colli Tortonesi. An 100% craft wine made with: native yeasts, very few sulphites added and unfiltered. Juicy, gratefull and lovely, with an aromatic tip on the nose and a pleasant, long freshness on the palate.

This Rosé is made by Valli Unite, which is much more than a cooperative farm; it is a community of beautiful people and solid ideals, hard work and care for the raw material. HOW, WHEN, WHY?
The Rosato Valli Unite is a new entry for the winery and we are very happy to have it exclusively on Sfusobuono. An hymn to biodiversity which is made from a blend of red and white grapes from the Colli Tortonesi, in particular Barbera, Dolcetto, Cortese and a little of Malvasia di Casorzo, which gives the wine wonderful aromas. Drink it during your summer lunches on the terrace with lots of friends together with mixed vegetables cous cous, marinated anchovies, olives and eggs.
