The Rosé wine by MorMaj winery is made with Montepulciano from Colline Pescaresi, with character and nice drinkability. It comes from Tocco di Casauria, between mount MORone and MAJella and is vinified in steel vats in contact with the lees. A craft rosé, unfiltered and little wild, so we suggest you to oxygenate it a bit before drink it!

HOW, WHEN, WHY?
A tasty and characterful Montepulciano vinified in rosé method; not a Provence light rosé just to be clear! Perfumed on the nose with beautiful freshness in the mouth. Try it with some Abruzzo fish dishes or with some nice fatty local cold cuts.
