How long does the bag in box last when opened?
Once opened, the product retains its organoleptic properties for over 30 days.
Is a wine without DOC or not organic certified worse?
Absolutely not! DOC and BIO are often a bureaucracy thing, but our selection values focus on the quality of the wine and the sustainable care of the vineyard and cellar.
The internal bag is more swollen than normal, what do I do?
Don't panic! The swelling could be related to the lack of added sulfites, filtration and clarification; open the tap to let the air out and tap!
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Make sure you have signed with specific reserve and write to us attaching detailed photos of the package (including the courier label) and the damaged BIBs. If the bag is intact, help the environment by choosing to consume it despite the damaged box instead of sending a new shipment from scratch, we will give you a discount!
