A rosé with Sardinian DNA that comes from the pure vinification of Cannonau grapes from the Capo Ferrato area in the south of the island. In the vineyard, no chemicals are used and in the cellar, everything is made to preserve the natural fragrance of the grapes and the salty soul of the coast. The skins ferment in contact with the must for a few hours to give the wine its classic peach color.
