Here in the Beneventano hills, at an altitude of over 500 metres, the typical white grapes are Falanghina, Fiano and Greco. A white wine with an aromatic bouquet of flowers and sea, with a straigh and mineral sip that makes you want another sipi.

It almost feels like summer. The air is cool, but in the middle of the day the sun is warm. This white is like that, unexpectedly fragrant and pleasant, with a long and savoury end that reminds of the sea. Drink it at aperitivo time with olives and chips or at the table with a dish of pasta with sauce or a fish main course.
