The white wine in bag in box by Antonio Camillo comes from a typical Tuscan blend of Trebbiano, Ansonica and Malvasia, vinified 50% with skin maceration and 50% in white. Spontaneous fermentation and low sulphites added after the malolactic fermentation. Crunchy with a strong and fragrant sip: a delicious white wine to drink everyday!

White Wine by Antonio Camillo is a wine made by a careful craftsman and all in one piece. One of those who adds little to nothing in the vineyard and cellar and which lets the territory of origin speak in the wine. The production area is the Maremma, a borderland between Tuscany and Lazio that Antonio knows inside out and knows how to interpret with character.
We have always produced and marketed bulk wine as a separate range, using grapes from younger or less exposed vineyards.
Antonio Camillo makes a white wine of substance and character, vinified 50% on the skins and the other 50% in white. It goes well with medium-aged cheeses, with savory first courses such as a pasta cacio and pepper, ramen also goes well with egg and vegetables.
