'IL Biancuzzo' by Fabio Ferracane is a Sicilian orange white with a beautifully savoury and graceful profile: a breath of Mediterranean sea in the grey the city! Grapes are handcrafted, grown in Contrada Bellusa, in the Marsala area, at 200 meters above sea level on whitish soils rich in chalk. 4 days of skin contact and vinification in steel fermenters for at least 7 months to extract all the juice, the fruit and the salt of this white, locally called Biancuzzo.

This Sicilian white, locally called 'Il Biancuzzo', is made by Fabio Ferracane, winemaker from Marsala, madly in love with the Catarratto grape which he interprets in multiple versions. In the cellar he only use native yeasts and very low levels of added sulphites for a graceful and savoury wines that authentically interpret the terroir: salty sea and warm sun.
I make wine in the most natural way possible that is the maximum expression of the area where I live.
IL Biancuzzo by Fabio Ferracane is the sicilian orange white that you wanted to tap from the bag in box. A fresh and graceful wine with a vibrant savoury soul and aromas of flint and citrus. To drink in the garden when the first warm spring arrives, paired with fresh cheeses, pinzimonios and cold salads. It perfectly matches with sushi, poke and bottarga spaghetti.
