The 'Giandòn' by Il Farneto is the result of the happy encounter of the most typical varieties of the Castellarano area, namely Malbo Gentile, Lambrusco and Marzemino which together give life to a territorial, earthy and concentrated sip. Vinified with only native yeasts in steel vats.

The secret of the Il Farneto farm that produces Giandòn, based in Castellarano a few kilometers from Modena, is as simple as it is fundamental: to make deeply territorial wines, starting from varieties linked to double delivery to the land Emilian. HOW, WHEN, WHY?
We recommend drinking Giandòn from Il Farneto with a plate of tortellini with Parmesan cream (100% typical Emilian style!), with a cold cuts or with any other traditional Modena dish. All these dishes can be found in the historic Osteria Lo Stallo del Pomodoro in the center of Modena, where you can feel a bit 'Giandon' too!
