Apple Juice by La Mosterei is a craft juice made from native varieties of the Maira Valley grown in permaculture such as ravé vert (green renetta) carpendu (gray renetta), buras, red stark they add ambrosia and green grannies that give more acidity. Without adding anything, only apples grown at km 0, to be exact 2kg of apples per 1 liter of juice which is equivalent to a yield of 50%.

Livia Pomero is the lady of the apples, she has chosen the most difficult road by re-grafting in her orchard ancient varieties of the area, instead of giving way to the famous Golden, loved by the industry and hated by those who biodiversity is at heart.
Our intent is to work the land without exploiting it, based on permaculture and to maintain biodiversity by saving native varieties.
Every day at any time, cold from the fridge or fresh from the pantry: the taste is balanced between sweetness and acidity, refreshing and enveloping. With a 'bain-marie' pasteurization, this juice is made of 100% apple without additives or added sugars so it may have some organic traces.
