The vinification takes place in steel vats with craft methods such as indigenous yeasts and no filtration or clarification. On the label stands the historic donkey, symbol of the winery Carussin, on a pop yellow background and seems to be saying: "Ehi, would you like to taste me?"

The White Wine by Carussin was born in San Marzano Oliveto, where the winery is based, from its own vineyards located in the Asinari Valley. White Wine by Carussin confirms that Piedmont is not just red and Carussin is not just Barbera. This full, round and fragrant white with a pleasant and energizing sip proves it! We enjoyed drinking it with a goat crotin, with a pasta with light mushroom sauce, with marinated anchovies and with cordon bleu: a passepartout!
