'Sciató Moris' White Wine Marche Organic 3L - La Marca di San Michele

Sciató Moris is the bulk white wine by La Marca di San Michele, a craft winery based in Cupramontana, in the Castelli di Jesi area, where Verdicchio is the king among the vines. Biodynamic treatments are practised between the rows, while in the cellar fermentations are spontaneous and the use of sulphites is low.

We are custodians and not manipulators of an earth we have been fortunate enough to receive, and we try to listen to the dialogue between the plant and the soil and the sky.
