HOW, WHEN, WHY?
Cold, but not too much otherwise you may lose all the rustic and crunchy aromas of this Abruzzo wine. Enjoy it with local cheeses, grilled caciotta, or fish dishes, fish soup, squid, raw fish, which if you go to Pescara you are spoiled for choice at unbelievable prices.
