White Wine Piedmont 3L - Cascina Isabella - Athos
The white of Athos is a mineral wine in the mouth and honey on the nose that comes from the younger vineyards of the Cascina Isabella winery in Murisengo, where the Baratuciàt - endangered vine typical of the lower Val di Susa, but happily transplanted into the Valle Cerrina - is the undisputed master, together with Grignolino and Barbera.

My relationship with the plant is a like when you want to teach your child to ride a bike for the first time, you don't hold him tight, but keep your arms open a few centimeters from him to be able to catch him before he falls".
HOW, WHEN, WHY?
