Merlot by Ferlat comes from the Friulian Collio, in a wine area full of big names, among which small artisan realities that play to make a difference stand out. The Ferlat vines have been cultivated according to organic farming principles for more than 20 years.
We never thought of requesting organic certification because we have always worked without synthetic products.
A glass of this Merlot by Ferlat is really what you want on the table now! Its secret is simplicity. An easy drink able to match well with pasta dishes, such as tagliolini with sausage sauce, or a few nice slices of San Daniele prosciutto crudo, remaining in the area.
