Born in Velletri, Lazio, where the most typical white grapes are Malvasia di Candia and Trebbiano Toscano. Vinification in open fiberglass vats with maceration on the skins to give lots of flavor to the sip. The low alcohol content does the rest 😉

We fell in love with the white wine by Colleformica in bag in box for one reason in particular: its taste, full and round, vibrant even in this packaging that is so informal when compared to the glass bottle! Drink it with simple dishes such as a zucchini flowers, pasta with sardines and with all the cheeses you want.
