HOW, WHEN, WHY?
The White Wine by Ferlat has a beautiful bright yellow color and a range of intense aromas on the nose. It is truly enjoyable in the mouth, capable of supporting, thanks to its nice acid shoulder, a nice platter of mixed goats or a tasty frico (if we want to make a regional pairing) or a nice risotto with vegetables or creamy cheese.
