'Titto Bianco' is produced by Lucia and Andrea who are the owners of Cantina San Biagio Vecchio, an artisanal and certified organic agricultural reality based a few kilometers from Faenza. In this area, mainly Albana, the historical grape variety of the area, Trebbiano and Malvasia are cultivated.
For us it is literally the first time in bag in box and it will be an attempt not to waste the effort we have put into bringing home a spectacular harvest in a truly terrifying year.
'Titto Bianco' is a round and deep wine, with a peasant and artisan background, a bright ocher yellow color and a full and tasty sip. We recommend drinking it with a nice platter of fresh and semi-aged cheeses, or with a nice cheese focaccia or why not with an apple and stracchino risotto. Also excellent with some 'taralli' and go!
