For Fan' Craft Sour Beer 1.5L - LoverBeer
The 'For Fan' is a Fruit Lambic-style sour craft beer made by LoverBeer brewery in Piedmont with the addition of fresh apricots from Costigliole Saluzzo. Spontaneous fermentation by yeasts and lactic bacteria and aging in barrique for at least one year.
The color is amber and opalescent, with an evident apricot scent on the nose that blends well with a strong acidity and lactic notes. Attention: unlike the classic bottled beer, in the bag in box format, it is completely flat, because it is bagged before the second refermentation in the bottle.

HOW, WHEN, WHY?
'For Fan' s an all-Piedmontese interpretation of the famous Fruit Lambic, traditionally produced south-west of Brussels. On the nose is sharp, with apricot aromas that you can also feel on the palate. These are extreme beers, for the curious and passionate, acidic by nature and completely gas-free. To be enjoyed on a rocking chair in the mountains or paired with meat stews or mature cheeses.
