TASTE THE WINES

The unconventional and straightforward side of Sangiovese di Romagna.

Mauro and Davide are the owners of the Villa Venti farm. They are brothers-in-law and they became farmers by learning, studying and trusting those who guided them. The distinctive elements of their work are: the microzonation and the alberello. Over time, four biotypes of Sangiovese have been planted that give their best at different times and in order not to miss this moment you walk between the rows, you taste grapes, you understand when to pick them with an empirical approach, simple and careful. The alberello (small tree) reigns supreme here, it cannot be mechanized and it fascinates every time you see it, in Romagna a little more...
