Bianco Formica by Colleformica comes to life from a family and artisanal winery in Velletri, 45 km south of Rome. Paolo Bombetti has made up his mind that he wants to make wine in a sincere and authentic way, without any use of chemistry either in the vineyard or in the cellar.
We naturally transform grapes into wine, without being wizards!
We fell in love with the white wine by Colleformica in bag in box for one reason in particular: its taste, full and round, vibrant even in this packaging that is so informal when compared to the glass bottle! Drink it with simple dishes such as a zucchini flowers, pasta with sardines and with all the cheeses you want.
