This organic Sangiovese di Romagna is called "Il Titto" by the son of Lucia and Andrea who are the owners of Cantina San Biagio Vecchio. It is a craft and certified organic agricultural reality based a few kilometers from Faenza where mostly Sangiovese di Romagna, Albana and Centesimino are grown. For us it is literally the first time in bag in box and it will be an attempt not to waste the effort we have put into bringing home a spectacular harvest in a truly terrifying year.
HOW, WHEN, WHY?
Sangiovese di Romagna Bio di San Biagio Vecchio is a glu glu and fast tapping red. A super territorial and enjoyable wine that best expresses the <b>gastronomic soul of the vine</b>: never heavy, indeed always supported by an acid vein that gives freshness. Drink it with a platter of cold cuts, with tagliatelle with meat sauce, with lasagna, with cutlet and whatever you like!
